• GCash or PayMaya account details (mobile number associated with the account);
• Bank account details for BPI, BDO, or Metrobank transactions;
• Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment method used;
• Bonus and promotional credit history.

3.4 Gaming & Activity Data

• Game play history, including games played, wagers placed, wins, and losses;
• Session duration and frequency of play;

jili6ph retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by Philippine AML regulations;
• Transaction and financial data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with RA 9160;
• Gaming activity data: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the activity, or longer if required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes;
• Technical and log data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless required for longer periods for security or legal purposes;
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with any individual.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe that jili6ph has not handled your personal data in accordance with RA 10173.

12. Children's Privacy

The jili6ph Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. jili6ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If jili6ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be closed.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal data to jili6ph, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 15 so that we can take appropriate action.

13. Cross-Border Data Transfers

jili6ph primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure providers), jili6ph ensures that such transfers are made in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including by implementing appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses that require the recipient to protect the data to the same standard as required under Philippine law.

jili6ph will not transfer your personal data to a country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without first obtaining your consent or implementing appropriate safeguards as required by the NPC.

14. Updates to This Privacy Policy

jili6ph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated whenever material changes are made.

Where changes are material, jili6ph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of jili6ph following the posting of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
